Getting Started

How do I create an account?
Click on “Log In” and “Create an Account”. Fill in your basic details and click on “Submit”.
You are now ready to shop!


Login

1. I cannot login to my account, help!
Please key in the password that you have set during the account registration process. If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password" button, a new password will be sent to your email address.

2. I cannot see the ‘Log In’ link in my browser.
In the event that you are not able to see the "Log In" button even when switching to different browsers, you can click here and log in to your account.


Voucher Usage

Things to note before applying the voucher codes:

i. Enter only one code in the field “Discount or Voucher Codes” and click on “Apply Coupon”; multiple codes cannot be applied in one payment.

ii. Do not cancel the transaction midway once the discount code has been applied. The system will register the code as ‘utilized’ once it has been applied.

iii. The $10 e-voucher may be used concurrently with one of the four individual $5 e-voucher codes. However, your cart must contain at least one physical item and one digital download item.

$10 discount will be applied to the physical item and $5 discount will be applied to the digital download item selected.

1. My e-voucher cannot be applied, help!
Please ensure that your voucher codes are within the validity date. If you are unsure of your codes, or still face problems applying them, please write in to online@attributes.com.sg for assistance.

2. How do I pay using my e-vouchers?
The amount payable should have been offset by your e-vouchers according to the value of the codes. Should there still be any amount payable, please click on “Credit Card (Worldpay)” and you will be redirected to Worldpay for the keying in of your credit card details.

If there is no remaining amount payable after applying the e-voucher code(s), click on “No payment required” and you will be able to checkout with the items you have purchased.


Digital Downloads

1. Where can I download my digital MP3s?
Simply log in to your account and click on “My Downloadable Products” which is available on the left column of the page. Click on the hyperlink of your MP3 and you would be able to save the file to your computer.

2. I cannot download my digital downloads, it is streaming instead of saving?
You might need to have your Quicktime player disabled.

If you are using Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools Menu and click on Add-ons
Click on Plugins on the right
Scroll down the list and disable QuickTime Plug-in 7.6

3. How do I save my digital MP3s?
If you are using Internet Explorer –
Right-click on the hyperlink of your MP3 title and select “Save Target As”.
Save and rename the MP3 into your designated folder.

If you are using Mozilla Firefox–
Left-click on the hyperlink of your MP3 title
Save and rename the MP3 into your designated folder.

If you are using Safari –
Right-click on the hyperlink of your MP3 title and select “Download Linked File” or “Download Linked File As”.
Save and rename the MP3 into your designated folder.

*Note: You might need to change the extension of the file format to .mp3 manually should you face difficulties playing the file.

2. What are the taxes incurred for my purchases?
For purchases made in Singapore, a standard 7% GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be incurred.
Note: GST is not applicable for purchases made outside Singapore.

3. How much do I pay for the shipping charges?
Shipping charges vary from one product to another based on weight and location.

All shipping charges incurred are reflected together with the detailed product description. Simply choose the destination to get estimated cost under "Estimate Shipping And Tax" before checkout at your shopping cart.


Product Replacement Policy

What is your product replacement policy?
Products must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund or replacement with the following guidelines:
* any book in its original condition
* any music CD, DVD, VHS tape, or software in its original condition

Should any of the items be found faulty, kindly send the faulty items to us at the address below and we will gladly replace them. Please include your contact information and mailing address when returning the items.

Package Status

1. When will my order be shipped?
If all products are in-stock, your order will be shipped within 7 business days. Items on backorder will be shipped as soon as they become available.
An email notification will be sent to you, informing you of any backorder and their estimated arrival date.

Local orders will take approximately 5 business days to reach you. It will take approximately 14 business working dats for an international order to reach our customers as the article is subjected to customs clearance.

2. How can I track my package?
You will be given a tracking number for registered packages and express packages (e.g. FedEx, DHL, UPS) in the shipment mail which will be sent to you once your order has been sent out.
